Just a quick post about a Creative Writing Workshop in conjunction with the MPH-Alliance Bank National Short Story Writing Competition.

We’ll use extracts from Juriah’s Song (not because it’s an example of particularly great writing but because I’ve got it readily available in soft copy! 🙂 ). Through reading it we’ll discuss setting, character, dialogue, description, plot, ideas etc. You’ll also be doing your own writing and we’ll also have fun too.
